We ship all orders between 1-5 working days of placing an order. Any pre-order items will be shipped in the estimated timeframe at the time of ordering.

Once orders have been shipped we bear no responsibility for late deliveries however we will file for a missing package/other suitable actions where necessary if order has not turned up within 30 working days from shipment.

No Tracking Number is provided (if standard shipping is chosen) as this would increase the cost of shipping. If your item does not arrive between the indicated shipping period, contact us. All post sent via standard shipping from Ireland: 'An Post' 

If the item is returned to us due to incomplete address such as an incorrect address/missing information we kindly ask you to pay for the shipping fee again as the cost of resending your item is a lot for our small business.

1. Are there dates in your planners?

No, our planners are undated which means you can start at anytime of the year and add in the dates as you go. You can start and stop planning whenever you please and avoid paper waste that dated, traditional planners cause!

2. What size are your planners?

Our planners are A5, perfect to fit in your bag, on your desk but enough space to write down everything and design your best life!

4. Where is my order?

We are currently experiencing delays with some of our orders due to the ongoing covid-19 pandemic. In 90% of cases, deliveries are unaffected. However, these delays can increase shipping time by 5-10 working days. Our delivery times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery within this time-frame. Delivery estimates are based on when an order is shipped. This essentially means the day your order is shipped is 'Day 0', not the day your order is placed. *Please check your spam folder if you cannot find your order confirmation or shipping emails*

5. How long is the planner for/ how long does it last?

Design Your Best Life planner- This is completely up to you but the average is a year! 5 weeks a month!

Live Your Best Life planner- 6-months! 5 weeks a month to completely focus on your goals.
